If you feel any of these symptoms after kayaking, it’s crucial to stop kayaking immediately.
It’s also a good idea to have water on hand before kayaking to avoid getting too dehydrated.
Can you get sick by drinking too little water?
You will get sick for sure if you don’t drink enough water.
The human body is made up of 70% water, and so it needs to constantly replenish what’s lost through sweat or other bodily fluids like urine.
